Lacrosse Coaches Development Program 2024 Sessions

NCJLA Member Clubs & Coaches,

The NCJLA will be offering in 2024 training for coaches that players, parents and coaches can attend in region this year.

Details of the program and when this training will be offered are currently being finalized. Training will be game specific; girls game training and boys game training. The training will cover skill development, skill analysis, key drills for development, high-level practice planning and much more.

Details will be provided during the February 2024 regional meeting calls.

• Note - there will be a small fee for participation

USA Lacrosse is no longer providing on-field / on-site coaches development training due to the fact that USA Lacrosse has moved to a virtual training model.

This information was provided in the 2023 Delegates meeting this past September and has been provided in recent updates from the NCJLA Board.
